(1) Check the internal leakage situation of the boom oil cylinder

(2) Check the control valve

1. Excavator hydraulic pump is severely worn

The hydraulic pump working for the long time intensifies the wear and the oil temperature increases, which causes the wear of hydraulic components and the aging and damage of seals, the loss of sealing capacity, and the deterioration of hydraulic oil, leading to the failure.
2. Unreasonable selection of hydraulic components
The boom cylinder specification is 70 / 40 non-standard series, the seal is also non-standard parts, high manufacturing cost and the seal replacement inconvenience. The small cylinder diameter of the boom cylinder is bound to make the system setting pressure high.
3. The hydraulic system design is unreasonable
The control valve is connected in series with the full hydraulic steering device for a single pump, and the set pressure of the safety valve is 16 MPA, and the rated working pressure of the hydraulic pump is also 16 MPA.
